We have expanded our office space with the acquisition of a practice in the heart of Burnham-On-Sea’s town centre!

We are pleased to announce we have recently expanded our practice, following the purchase of John Shirley & Co Solicitors and their office at 24 College Street, Burnham on Sea.

The expansion shall enable Holley & Steer to increase the number of specialist solicitors and legal assistants within the firm as we look to continue to provide the highest possible quality of service for our clients.

John Shirley, who brings with him over 40 years of experience as a local Solicitor, will be staying on as a Consultant Solicitor with his Legal Secretary, Louise Small, based in our College Street office. They are now joined by our very experienced Solicitor, Charles Fleming, who specialises in both Residential and Commercial Property and also Agricultural Land Transactions.

We have seen rapid growth in our Private Client services over the past year and our Private Client team, led by our experienced Solicitor, Thomas Murray.
